Biomass crop sprouting in southwest Missouri

"A new kind of bio-mass crop is coming up here in southwest Missouri. It's touted to be profitable for farmers while providing a renewable energy product for agriculture heating, power plants, and, maybe someday, liquid fuel.

We told you about the venture between MFA Oil Biomass and southwest Missouri farmers a few months ago. They're growing a grass crop called Miscanthus Giganteus that will be turned into pellets to burn as biomass."

Sounds awesome....
